Booking
The hostel booking is done only after the participant paid the registration fee (contest participation fee or master class fee), that is until 11 May 2009.
Participants may apply for accommodation after 11 May 2009 also, but the organizers do not guarantee an available room.
Location
"Apafi Mihály" Student Hostel is located in the centre of Cluj-Napoca, in a safe area, in walking distance (5 minutes) from the Municipal House of Culture.
Participants can arrange to be collected at the airport or bus stop upon arrival.
Price
The price is 8 Euro/person/night for students and 10 Euro/person/night for adults, that is 48 for students and 60 Euros for adults for the entire period of the festival (six nights).
The fee will be paid to the organizers on Monday, 17 August 2009, during Participants arriving.
Rooms
The hostel offers spacious rooms with 3 beds, two rooms sharing a bathroom and a fully equipped kitchen.
