Corneliu - George Voicescu
Corneliu - George Voicescu has graduated classical guitar class of the Academy of Arts "George Enescu" of Iasi. In 1986 he was awarded the Grand Trophy Classical Guitar Festival, Sinaia, and a year later recorded by recording Electrecord Guitar recital disc. In 1991 he obtained a diploma of honor and becomes an honorary member of the Romanian Foundation for outstanding merits in promoting guitar and its repertoire in Romania. In 2000 and 2001 he was awarded the Diploma of Excellence by the station "Cultural Romania". He is the author of literature for interpretation in the classical guitar music and chamber music. A Ph.D. in music, the National Music University in Bucharest, teacher-mentor Serban Dimitrie Soreanu. Evolved in concert as a soloist under conductors: Hilarion Ionescu-Galati, Vlad Conta, George Cristian Neagu, Romeo Râmbu Dorin Frandeş, Ovidiu Dan Chirila, Sorin Oancea, performing works devoted (J. Rodrigo Concierto de Aranjuez and Concert Andalusian, for four guitars and orchestra, H. Villa - Lobos, Concerto in C major), etc. Participating in international cultural events: Japan Intercultural (Kyu Shu), Spain, recital (Algorta, Bilbao), Italy, recital (Milan), Germany, Recital (Cologne, Beratzhausen), France, concert, the festival guitar Essone , Athis Mons, Norway (training in scientific research). He is currently a Professor at the School of Music Ph.D., University Transilvania of Brasov, the classes of classical guitar and chamber music.
