Founded in 2006, ACT is a non-profit professional association, an active forum for guitar players and guitar fans, the bridge between the large Romanian community and the guitar.
ACT's mission is primarily to popularize the guitar music and to promote the initiatives of it's members.
We propose to elaborate quality standards and developing young guitarist's abilities and competence, to stimulate the cooperation between guitar schools from different regions and the improvement of the guitarist phenomenon from Romania.
ACT organizes each year Transilvania International Guitar Festival, ACT Guitar Camp, recitals, conferences and instrument gallery, providing a full range of educational, literary and performance resources and opportunities for members and non-members.
